Sinn Apsara is a Philly-native Cambodian who is the poster-girl for Luar and has been a campaign girl for brands such as Off-White, Milk Makeup &amp; Nars Cosmetics. Sinn is currently a part of Angelito Collective, a multidisciplinary artist initiative dedicated to radical trans visibility based in NY through wellness and community who were recent cover stars of Office’s 20th anniversary edition. Her work is love letters to her mother and Khmer lineage. She is a time capsule that holds a conversation between reality as a Khmer American and the fantasy of living in a Khmer urban legend.
